Joan Greening's latest play to be published is the sequel to her award-winning comedy, The Book Club of Little Witterington.
The ladies of the village book club have gathered to discuss Neville Shute’s On The Beach. Some of the members have not read the book and the others seem more interested in discussing - or rather gossiping - about people and events in the village which spill over into the meeting.
The play is published by Lazy Bee Scripts.
Joan's latest play tells the story of Baroque artist Artemisia Gentileschi - savagely raped by her father's best friend, then sadistically tortured during his trial to prove she was telling the truth.
